| Jobbeschreibung | YOUR TASKS - You will collaborate with other scientists within and outside our group on a project studying components of the extracellular matrix and/or proteolytic enzymes. - You will conduct experiments, including the design, production and characterization of recombinant proteins, protein interaction studies and structural characterisations. - You will operate beamlines at synchrotrons and/or electron microscopes to elucidate structural information about your protein(s) of interest. - You will analyse, interpret and predict structural data using computational methods. - You will develop and validate scientific hypotheses. - You will communicate results in scientific publications and presentations and prepare a PhD thesis with the results of your project |
| Qualifikationen | YOUR PROFILE
- MSc in biochemistry or a related field - Experience in working with proteins - Interest in structural biology - Interest in working with advanced computational analysis software - Ability to work in a team and independently - Good communication skills in written and spoken English |
