Postdoc in Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics (f/m/x)

Jobbeschreibung	Your responsibilities Your role in the project will be to drive mass spectrometry innovations by integrating the best methods on all levels of the LC-MS/MS process and by benchmarking the participating labs (round robin challenges). You will develop MS-based assays for specific clinically relevant marker proteins, including absolute quantification strategies, the assessment of intra- and inter-assay variability, stability and selectivity of reagents, and the determination of limits of detection/quantification. You will achieve this in close cooperation with all CLINSPECT-M partners and you will actively participate in the scientific symposia of the consortium.

Qualifikationen	Your qualifications - PhD in biochemistry, biology, chemistry or a comparable qualification - Strong background in (bio) informatics and statistics - Experience with LC-MS/MS (direct hands on machines!) and protein biochemistry - Experience with the quantitative analysis of proteomics data - Excellent team spirit with a talent to integrate in a multidisciplinary collaboration - Fluent English and scientific writing skills
